Free Download Manager lets you download video from video sites, such as Dailymotion, MySpace, and Youtube.
The window displays the list of downloaded files at the top, as well as info about the selected file at the bottom. After downloading, FDM lets you convert the downloaded video, e.g to AVI format.
When you hover your mouse pointer over a a flash video in Internet Explorer and Firefox, you will see an additional button "Download with FDM" appear in the top left (or bottom left, depending on where your pointer is) corner of the video. You can initiate video downloads by clicking on that button.
Alternatively, you can download flash videos by picking the "Download with Free Download Manager" item in your browser's context menu (available via a right click).
